Description
At the base of a cold, north-facing sandstone cliff with a creek running right up to it. Yellow birch dominated with abundant lichens, mosses, and rock polypody on the cliff.

Woodland seep. Only 4 plants observed in flower. Dr. Robert Kral told me about this site in the 90s. Blanche Dean, Alabama environmental activist & writer, guards this site. She is buried nearby.
