Description
Tiny squamules, I believe, less than a millimetre in diameter, but instead of apothecia there's a single tiny pinprick ostiole in the centre of each squamule. No idea what this is at the moment but this is a best guess.

Description
Growing on sandstone - according to I. Brodo, rock substrate is a more uncommon habitat for P. decipiens
Dark, globular apothecia can be observed at the margins.
This lichen was found frequently growing over other lichens on the Roche Percee rock formations.

Description
Tom Berriman took these photos of a bobcat we saw on the opposite side ofMoose Bog. The bobcat was checking out a beaver lodge and then walked off into the woods. The crust on the snow is solid enough for the bobcat to walk on top.
