I know this is an Eastern Phoebe because of its brownish-gray head and back, and its white breast. Also, Eastern Phoebe's tend to nest under overhangs, which was where it was found.

- Located in a grassland, which could help hide the deer from predators when it is hard to hide in the forest.
- The area gets a lot of sun which could help keep the deer warm during early spring when it could get cold.
