Description
Oak woods in lawn near moss. Strong, unpleasant smell when damaged, thick veil that became sticky with time. Veil is notably thick and pliable when freshly bloomed.

Description
Inaturalist would Identify as section Roanokenses. Soft universal veil remnants on the cap are easily removed when fresh revealing a smooth shiny surface, warted appendiculate partial veil, slender bulb with rootlet. All white without discoloration. ??
