I just found this beauty hiding in plain sight in a photo of an Azalea Sphinx Moth that I took last summer (2nd photo). Pretty bad image but I thought it might be identifiable with brick-red head and thorax and some greenish bands in the clear wings. I figured it would be Oncopsis but nothing seems to match. @hopperdude @nomolosx Any ideas? :)
@botanicaltreasures noticed the eggs near the head of the caterpillar (Cucullia convexipennis) and requested that I post this as Netelia sp. eggs.
