8 frozen (dead) individuals from insulation blankets in an unheated well house. Sub-freezing temperatures in the last 6 days with record lows about 5-7 degrees F on 2 consecutive nights. About 4 days straight with highs below 32. Found partially frozen today in temps in the 40s. None found alive. Could not revive any.
