Are the two white objects next to the owl's left leg eggs?

This is our first sighting of the year, although a neighbor heard one on Monday. The size looks like a male, and the males normally arrive first. But there seem to be some brown breast feathers, indicating a female??

Our two Osprey nest poles lost all their nesting material this winter, so the male has some serious work to do.
Not sure than an egg has been laid as yet, but hopefully soon. Nest cam kindly maintained by Steve and Chris Bouton.
The black, ripe fruit are delicious! Picking is labor intensive!
