I heard a loud call from a bird and found this female Tarantula had come out of her burrow and grabbed this bird.
The flies at the fallen leaves attracting me.
Make me thinking there have something maybe a dead frog under the fallen leaves.
After removed the leaves, I found this fungi.
But, didn't smelling any thing even very close to it.
Gall with exit hole on huckleberry oak (Quercus vacciniifolia).

Unknown species, found only deep inside closed canopy of acid peat swamp forest.
Peat swamp Forest. This species has perfectly adapted camouflage in the black waters of peat swamp forest systems. Possibly Orchithemis sp. due to tapered shape of abdomen?
