Description
This species is small, vibrantly white, and has 5 petals. The stamen are sticking right up from the body and the anthers are prominent which are identifying characteristics of this species (https://www.illinoiswildflowers.info/savanna/plants/cm_dewberry.htm). This species likes to grow near wood or meadows in wooded areas. Additionally, this species prefers the north-eastern United Sates due to moderate amounts of moisture and dryness.
