Description
S7 and S8 are good for Gilded. S4, 5 and 6 while small for Gilded are larger than the hybrid. The vertex looks yellow, good for Gilded. Shoulder stripe is longer than the hybrid.

Please compare to B pennsylvanicus, I am debating between the two. Found in northern Ohio visiting Dipsacus fullonum. You can’t see it well in these photos but the scutellum is all yellow
