Description
Looks like a dead or dying box jellyfish missing its tentacles. It was in the shallows, being washed up, on West Railay Beach.

Description
Not sure on exact ID. Found under a rock where it tried to retreat to a small hole/burrow. Coiled, it was about the size of a half-dollar.

Description
I often find hymenopterans dead, attached to the tips of twigs/grasses by their mandibles and have wondered if something like Cordyceps has killed them...any ideas?
