Was underneath small rock near stream. I have never found a bat flipping rocks before. Unfortunately did not seem healthy

On the ground, clearly dehydrated. Gave it water returned it to the tree where it stayed, sleeping for several hours.
This bat used this same tree as a resting spot since at least September 30th (2nd photo) when I first photographed it. Usually I found it on the same twig it was on the first day, but this time it was one twig below. The last time I saw it was Nov 10, 2012 (3rd photo).

Brazilian free-tauled bat removed by specialist from prive residence.
Found between some boulders. I only saw one other bat nearby. Around the size of two grapes, maybe a little over an inch in length.

Flew in off lake mid afternoon. Seemed disoriented. Landed near boardwalk on upper dune area.
