Spotted these Caracas this morning on my way out to get the newspaper. One flew away almost immediately, but the other remained on the rabbit carcass until a pickup pulled out of the driveway immediately behind the bird.
I've never seen these birds in our area. I did photograph one flying over my workplace (about 11 miles SW of home) last year (http://www.inaturalist.org/observations/1298262).
