Sarcodon pakaraimensis, Upper Mazaruni Basin, Guyana.
Spores look right, but before I could measure, the mount went to heck (third shot). Should have mounted in water instead of KOH.
Fallen from dead old-growth Douglas Fir.
It had the drips on the side so assuming this is it? Is it a sap? Thanks
My first observation in the marsh!
