Still a bit dead post winter dieback, but some bits of green starting to show again. Currently this is the southern most population recorded in NZ. Might be more of this around than people notice or might be on the move south?
died back when I saw it but landowner says yes it had bright pink flowers, and the leaves are a bit hairy.
Well outside known range. Closest GBIF record around Muriwai/Coopers Lagoon in the greater Christchurch area.
