January 29, 2007. Muskrat, Ondatra zibethicus, on a wooden support for the removable, Alamitos Flashboard Dam on Guadalupe River at the Alamitos Drop Structure at the Santa Clara Valley Water District's main campus. San Jose, California.

This possum, believed to be a Mountain Brush-tailed Possum, was found in a wooden nest box located on a Syzgium at the top of the bank above Moggill Creek at the northern end of the oval of Kenmore State High School.
