Been seeing these bird for several months now. Because unlike other bird, these birds do not have a water proof feathers and so most of the time they could be spotted sitting here with their wings wide open, drying out. On this day when these two pictures were taken it was raining, so I guess they were were just soaking it in.

Not an adult Bald; not a juvenile Golden. Not enough white on underside for juvenile Bald? Tapering wings and shorter head projection: could it be an adult Golden?
I’m unsure of what bird this is. It has a falcon or hawk-shapes beak/face. It was sitting here looking down at a dead bird we found.
