In this one the fruit are less mature and few have broken open. Photo #2 shows fruit from both trees. Photo #3 shows the flower buds which typically begin to develop in summer, go into an arrested state, and then enter anthesis after the soil is saturated with winter rain.

I think the fruit on this one are about one month more mature than the other. The exocarp has dried and cracked open in about half the fruits revealing the sticky fleshy berry, and in some cases the seed (2).
