E. anacua vs. Celtis spp.
Alternating leaves: Swirled vs flat/mirrored
Texture, leaf: both coarse but E. anacua’s can file down human nails (my nails)
Venation: E. anacua's venation creates valleys and lobing.
C. spp. (C. laevigata in this case) venation is relief on "meatier" flat surface
Bark: lenticels more finely dotted but less defined and lighter color with more conspicuous linear tearing on E. anacua.
