turkishvulture's Identifications

Not sure what was the cause of death was as there were no wounds or evidence of road kill. Found just like this near the side of a dirt road. Freshly dead still limp no rigamortus yet. No spotting or patterns other than being slightly darker near the base of the tail below the rattle. Not sure what the species is.
