I am the Land Stewardship Manager at Capital Region Land Conservancy, overseeing the long-term stewardship of nearly 5,000 conserved acres in the Richmond, Virginia Region.

In addition, I founded Moulton Hot Natives, to make Virginia native plants that are sustainably sourced from wild populations in the Richmond area more commerically available back in 2020.

Ashley holds an M.S. in Coastal Plant Ecology from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is also the publicity chair for the Virginia Native Plant Society and is a board member for the Flora of Virginia project.
