An honours BSc graduate from the University of Toronto, Nick enjoys hiking, birding, reading, rock n' roll, and wildlife photography. He is currently working for Parks Canada in Grasslands National Park in southwestern Saskatchewan.

Nick's passion for iNaturalist and documenting the natural world can be traced back to his 8 memorable seasons working at Awenda Provincial Park in southern Ontario. His time with Ontario Parks was interspersed with fieldwork with the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority's terrestrial monitoring team, and time as a research assistant at the Algonquin Wildlife Research Station. I have a keen interest in herpetofauna, odonata, lepidoptera, and avifauna but I am trying to learn as much as I can about everything in our beautiful natural world. I try my best to identify things correctly but I make loads of mistakes along the way so thank you in advance to everyone who takes the time to help my learn by correctly identifying my observations!
