FIXED! - Not all expected Observations/Observers showing up.

Thanks to Kristi's MN List blast, 9 more of you joined up Today!

UPDATE: Fixed the problem. I had misconfigured the Project in a way that was blocking "Members Only" from working. There are now 17 Observers out of our 19 Members.

Thank you for your patience!

Yours in Nature,
Xris

P.S. Leaving my original report below for context.

This confirms a problem I had noticed shortly after I created the project last week. All your New York Observations should be showing up in the Project. They are not. And it seems to be by User/Member.

I've reported this issue to the appropriate open thread on the iNaturalist Forum. Hoepfully, with more eyes on it someone will stubmle upon the cause, or confirm it's a real bug and iNaturalist is broken in some way.

Thank you for your patience!

Yours in Nature,
Xris

@rhwxyz123 You are one of the people affected by this problem. When we learn the cause and can fix the problem, your Observations - and everyone else's - should just show up automagically.

If you like, as a problem isolation/circumvention, please try adding one of your NY Observations manually to the Project:

Open one of your New York Observations.
In the right pane of your Observation, you should see Projects and an empty text field.
Start typing the name of the Project "New York M"...
Because it's a Collection Project, like a saved search, this Project should not show up in the list.

If it works that way, it confirms that this Project is set up correctly.
