Redhead, Scott A., Vizzini, Alfredo, Drehmel, Dennis C. & Contu, Marco. Saproamanita, a new name for both Lepidella E.-J. Gilbert and Aspidella E.-J. Gilbert (Amaniteae, Amanitaceae). IMA FUNGUS · 7(1): 119–129 (2016) doi:10.5598/imafungus.2016.07.01.07 (Link)
I know. It hasn't been committed essentially because it is a bone of contention in the Mycological community at the moment. Some people consider Saproamanita a segregate of Amanita, and others see it as a separate genus.
@jameskm Can we commit the swap (or not)? A user has flagged the taxa because "Observations from Amanita thiersii need to be moved over to Saproamanita thiersii".
Unintended disagreements occur when a parent (B) is
thinned by swapping a child (E) to another part of the
taxonomic tree, resulting in existing IDs of the parent being interpreted
as disagreements with existing IDs of the swapped child.
Identification
ID 2 of taxon E will be an unintended disagreement with ID 1 of taxon B after the taxon swap
If thinning a parent results in more than 10 unintended disagreements, you
should split the parent after swapping the child to replace existing IDs
of the parent (B) with IDs that don't disagree.
The swap has not been completed, at least we still have both taxa and all the Observations are still in the old taxon.
